For the breakfast sliders

  • 1 12-pack of King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 pounds of ground breakfast sausage
  • 6 slices of mild cheddar cheese
  • 2 sliced avocados

For the sauce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chipotle in adobo
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Juice of a lemon


  • Take a 12-pack of King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls and slice in half before putting in toaster.
  • Use a sheet pan and spread some breakfast sausage evenly and bake in oven at 400°F for 20 minutes. As soon as those comes out, hit it with some cheddar cheese.
  • Take about 12 eggs and pour onto a sheet pan and also bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
  • To make the sauce, combine mayonnaise, chipotle adobo, honey, garlic powder, onion powder and lemon juice. Season with some salt and pepper and blend that up until smooth consistency. Hit the bottom of the rolls with the sauce followed by the sausage and cheese. Slide the eggs on top and add avocado. Spread another layer of sauce over the second half of rolls and close out.
