Ingredients
  

For the shakshuka pita

  • 16 ounce pizza dough
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons coriander
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese

For the sauce

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • Juice of a lemon
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Roll some pizza dough and fry it until you can cut it in half and make an incision in the middle to be stuffed.
  • To make the shakshuka, cook some onions with red peppers and garlic. Season with cumin, paprika and coriander as well as salt and pepper. Add a can of crushed tomatoes and simmer it down before adding feta cheese.
  • Clear the pan and fry an egg. Stuff the pita with the shakshuka and place it open faced on top of the egg to fuse it together.
  • To make the sauce, blend avocados with feta cheese, lemon juice, cilantro, olive oil and sour cream.
