Ingredients
  

  • 20-24 Carrot Cake Oreos
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Add 20-24 carrot cake Oreos to a food processor. Pulse a few times until all the cookies are crushed.
  • Add 1 1/4 cup of milk and mix well until a smooth consistency is formed. Add the Oreo mixture to a microwave safe cake mold and cook on high for 5 minutes. Take the cake out and let cool.
  • In a mixing bowl or food processor, combine 3 cups of powder sugar, 1/2 cup of room temperature butter, 8 ounces of room temperature cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of pumpkin spice and a teaspoon of vanilla.
  • When the cake has cool add the pumpkin spice cream cheese frosting and enjoy!
