Ingredients
  

  • Hot dog buns
  • Beaten eggs
  • Sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup and mustard
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon sweet relish
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • All beef hot dogs
  • Small diced onions
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce
  • American cheese slices
  • Mini dill pickles

Instructions
 

  • Start off by making the sesame seed buns but using top cut (New England) buns. Coat them with a beaten egg wash and then sprinkle on some sesame seeds. Bake the buns at 450°F for 5 minutes.
  • For the Big Mac sauce, combine 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of ketchup and mustard, 1 tablespoon of garlic and onion powder, 1 tablespoon of sweet relish and white vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Fry a few all beef hot dogs to your liking and set them aside.
  • Assemble the hot dogs by adding some sauce on the inside followed by a bit of small diced onions. On top of the onions add some shredded iceberg lettuce followed by a couple slices of American cheese. Add a few slices of mini dill pickles between the bun and the cheese. The cheese will help the pickles stay in place.
  • Add the hot dog on top of the cheese followed by some more diced onions and some more Big Mac sauce.
