Servings 6 skulls

  • 16 ounces grated mozzarella cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 party size bag of Hot Cheetos
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese for dipping
  • 4 cups cooking oil

  • First acquire a skull cake mold that can easily be found on Amazon and grate some mozzarella cheese to fill each skull. Bake in the oven at 350°F for five minutes or until it’s melted.
  • In the meantime, crush up an entire bag of Hot Cheetos as well as whisk up four eggs in a bowl and dumping flour into a second bowl. Once the skulls have cooled, coat them in the flour followed by the eggs and finally tossed in the bag of crushed Hot Cheetos. Fry them in 350°F cooking oil for 3 minutes.
  • Take some nacho cheese and splatter it on a black plate as an extra fun garnish. Plate the skulls and enjoy!
