Servings 24 wings

  • 24 chicken wings
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 cup potato starch
  • 2 tablespoons herb seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

  • Take some chicken wings and pat them dry. In a bowl, separate egg yolk from egg white and repeat four times. Add your favorite hot sauce to the egg whites and coat the chicken wings in the mixture. In another bowl, add some potato starch with your favorite seasonings and salt. Coat the wings thoroughly in the dry dredge before placing them in the air fryer.
  • Spray with cooking spray and cook at 450°F for 20 minutes. Once finished, flip and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • In the meantime, make the sauce by combining your favorite hot sauce with garlic, some honey and butter on a saucepan. Once it’s thick, toss the wings in this sauce and hit with some grated parm. Enjoy!
