Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup cold soda water
  • 2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Cheese curds

Instructions
 

  • Combine 1 cup of all purpose flour with 2 tablespoons of baking powder, and 1 tablespoon of onion salt. In another bowl, combine 3 eggs with 1 cup of cold soda water. In another bowl add 2 cups of panko breadcrumbs.
  • Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until you get a thin pancake batter consistency.
  • Add a few cheese curds to a wooden skewer. Dip the cheese curds in the wet batter. Bring them over to the bowl of panko bread crumbs and toss them until they are fully coated.
  • Fry the cheese coated cheese curds in 375°F cooking oil for 2 minutes or air fry them at 400°F for 7-8 minutes.
