Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chopped smoked ham
  • Premade biscuits
  • Grated gruyère cheese

Instructions
 

  • Start off by melting 1/2 cup of salted butter and combining it with 1/2 cup of all purpose flour. After a few minutes and when the flour and butter are combined, add 1 cup of milk and mix it all together.
  • Add 1/2 cup of grated Swiss cheese, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add some of the sauce to an ice cube tray and then sprinkle on some more grated Swiss cheese into each slot.
  • On top of the cheese add some chopped up smoked ham and then add even more sauce. Place the ice cube tray in the freezer for at lowest 30 minutes and in the meantime prep the biscuits.
  • Using some premade biscuits or your favorite recipe, sprinkle on some grated gruyère cheese and flatten out the biscuit. Add one of the frozen ice cubes on top and pinch the biscuit close before rolling them into a ball.
  • Place them in an air fryer and cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.
