For the chicken bacon ranch pita

  • 3 pieces of pita (cut in half)
  • 24 ounces ground chicken
  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup bacon bits
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup grated pepper jack cheese

For the 'World Famous Ranch'

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder


  • Start off by sautéing some red onions and then adding some ground chicken. Sprinkle on some ranch seasoning and mix in cooked bacon bits. Add some pepper jack cheese until it’s melted.
  • Cut some fluffy pitas in half and stuff each one with the chicken bacon ranch mixture. Pan fry it open face and on both sides just until crispy.
  • To make the ranch dipping sauce, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, dill, chives, onion powder, salt and pepper in a blender. Blend until a smooth consistency and enjoy with the pitas!
