  • 3 cups of elbow macaroni
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cut chopped garlic
  • 1 cup cooked bacon
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella
  • 1 cup grated pepper jack cheese


  • Start by placing a block of cream cheese in the center of a Pyrex dish. Dump some elbow macaroni surrounding that cream cheese then drizzle on ranch dressing. Pour the milk and chicken stock before adding some diced red onions. Spoon on chopped garlic, sprinkle on Ranch seasoning as well as chopped cooked bacon. Shred some rotisserie chicken and add it into the dish.
  • Cover and bake at 400°F for 30 minutes. When finished, mix the cream cheese and everything else. Add more bacon and an even amount of mozzarella and pepper jack cheese.
  • Pop it back into the oven long enough for the cheese to just melt. Enjoy!
