Chicken Alfredo Sliders with Bacon on Parmesan-Crusted Hawaiian Rolls

Chicken Alfredo Sliders with Bacon on Parmesan-Crusted Hawaiian Rolls

If comfort food had a glow-up and threw on a gold chain, these Chicken Alfredo Sliders would be it. We’re talking juicy, lemon-marinated chicken, smoky bacon, rich homemade Alfredo sauce, and buttery sweet rolls that get pan-crusted in parmesan like they’re auditioning for the main event. Yeah. These sliders don’t play around.
It all starts with King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls, sliced in half and flipped cheese-side-down into a hot skillet. That parmesan melts, crisps, and forms a golden crust that instantly levels these sliders up from “game day snack” to “why didn’t I make a double batch?” That sweet-and-salty contrast? Absolutely undefeated.
Now let’s talk chicken. Thin-sliced chicken breasts get marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. It’s simple, but it works—bright, savory, and built to cut through the richness of the sauce. Grill it if you want that smoky edge, or pan-fry it if you’re keeping things cozy indoors. Either way, juicy is the goal.
Then comes the Alfredo sauce—the real heartthrob here. Butter melts down, garlic gets fragrant (don’t burn it, chef), and heavy cream rolls in smooth. Once it bubbles and thickens, the heat goes off and finely grated parmesan gets whisked in until silky and luxurious. Finish with cracked black pepper and boom—you’ve got a sauce that clings to everything in the best way possible.
Assembly is where the magic really happens. Lay down those parmesan-crusted bottom rolls, spoon on a generous layer of Alfredo, then stack crispy bacon strips and sliced chicken like you mean it. Hit it with more sauce (don’t be shy), crown it with the top rolls, and brush everything with melted garlic butter. A final snowfall of parmesan on top seals the deal.
These sliders are perfect for parties, game day spreads, casual dinners, or whenever you want to absolutely win at food. They’re rich, cheesy, indulgent, and dangerously easy to eat. One turns into three real fast—consider yourself warned.
Pro tips for maximum slider domination:
Swap in rotisserie chicken if you’re short on time.
Add mozzarella for extra cheese pull.
Finish with fresh parsley for a pop of color and freshness.
Bottom line? These Chicken Alfredo Sliders are big flavor in handheld form—crispy, creamy, salty, and straight-up addictive. Make them once, and they’re officially in your rotation. 🔥
