Ingredients
  

  • Cheetos Jalapeño Mac n’ Cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 4 large jalapeño peppers
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 4 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Cook Cheetos Jalapeño Mac n’ Cheese according to the directions of the package with one extra step, add 1/4 cup of cream cheese for extra cheesiness!
  • While the mac n cheese is cooking, cut the tops off 4 large jalapeño peppers. Use a fork to scoop out the seeds and stems of the jalapeno pepper leaving a hollowed out pepper. Fill each pepper with as much of the mac n cheese as it will hold and set them aside.
  • Crush a bag of Cheetos Crunchy Jalapeño in a food processor and place them in a bowl. In another bowl add 2 cups of all purpose flour and in another bowl whisk 4 eggs.
  • Dip the stuffed jalapeno into the flour, then into the egg wash, then in the bowl of crushed Cheetos and repeat for a double dredge.
  • Fry the #CheetosMacHack peppers in 375°F cooking oil for roughly 3 minutes. Take them out and eat them as is, or dip them in cheese sauce!
