For the shot glass

  • 2 cups tater tots (thawed at room temp)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
  • 2 eggs

For the shot

  • 1/2 pound breakfast sausage
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives

  • To make the shot glass, combine the tater tots, shredded cheese and two eggs in a blender. Transfer it to a silicone shot glass mold and freeze for about an hour.
  • Once fully set, release from mold and stuff with breakfast sausage about three quarters of the way up. Deep fry at 375°F for about 5 minutes and set aside.
  • Whisk eggs with American cheese and cook until you liking (soft scramble is easier to fit). Stuff the shot glass with the eggs, garnish with fresh chives and enjoy!
