  • 4 slices beef salami
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  • English muffin
  • Butter
  • Eggs

Instructions
 

  • Pan fry 4 slices of beef salami on medium high heat.
  • Make a small cut into each piece of salami so it doesn’t curl when cooking.
  • Place a slice of American cheese on top of one piece, and add another piece of salami on top. Set them aside.
  • Spread some mayonnaise on an English muffin and pan toast them for a few minutes just until they are lightly toasted and golden brown.
  • Add some butter to a medium pan, and fry some eggs to your liking (about 3-4 minutes for sunny side up).
  • Place the salami on one half of the English muffin, followed by the egg on top.
