Apple pie Cinnamon Roll Stuffed Waffles

Apple Pie Cinnamon Roll Stuffed Waffles

If you love apple pie and cinnamon rolls (and honestly, who doesn’t?), get ready to meet your new obsession: Apple Pie Cinnamon Roll Waffles. This easy waffle maker dessert takes refrigerated cinnamon rolls and turns them into crispy-on-the-outside, gooey-on-the-inside waffle magic stuffed with cream cheese, cinnamon sugar, and sweet apple pie filling. It’s the ultimate shortcut dessert that tastes like you spent all afternoon in the kitchen.
Here’s the move. You start with refrigerated cinnamon rolls—your secret weapon for buttery layers without making dough from scratch. Flatten one out, drop it into a waffle maker, and now we’re cooking with gas. Right in the center goes a creamy layer of room-temperature cream cheese (because smooth spreads = pro move), followed by a hit of cinnamon sugar for that warm, cozy spice factor. Then comes the star: apple pie filling. Sweet, tender apples with syrupy cinnamon goodness that melts right into the dough as it cooks.
Top it with another flattened cinnamon roll, seal the edges, and close the waffle maker. In about four minutes on low heat, you’ve got a golden-brown cinnamon roll waffle that’s crispy on the outside and packed with creamy apple pie filling inside. Let it cool slightly, then finish it off with the included frosting for that classic cinnamon roll glaze moment. It’s messy. It’s decadent. It’s absolutely worth it.
These apple pie waffles are perfect for brunch, dessert, holiday mornings, or anytime you want to flex with minimal effort. They’re especially clutch for fall baking season when everyone’s craving warm apple desserts but doesn’t necessarily want to make pie crust from scratch. You get all the apple pie vibes with way less work—and a waffle iron involved, which automatically makes it more fun.
