For the refried bean layer, stir in some Pickle de Gallo for a tangy twist that makes them pop with flavor.Next comes the layering magic — and here’s the kicker: you’re building this thing upside down. Begin with cheese and pickled jalapeños, then start stacking alternating layers of chips, cheese, and your favorite pickled toppings. Don’t stress about the order — the key is to make sure every few layers have enough chips and cheese to hold all that pickly perfection together.Once you’ve got your 24 layers of glory, pop it in the air fryer at 350°F for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and the edges get that golden crunch. Carefully flip it onto a plate (you might hear the angels sing at this point), then finish it off with pickle guac, Mexican crema drizzle, and a final spoonful of Pickle de Gallo right on top. This isn’t your average nacho situation. It’s briny, bold, and ridiculously snackable — perfect for game day, late-night cravings, or just flexing your pickle fandom.
